Turtle Bay Exploration Park and Shasta County Arts Council invite artists to participate in the 2008 Shasta Artist Studio Tour, Oct. 11 and 12. The Studio Tour is held in conjunction with the Arts Council’s Shasta Artist Studio Tour Exhibition, a collection of local artists’ work, open at Old City Hall from Sept.

24 - Oct. 31. The Shasta Artist Studio Tour is one of Shasta County’s premier arts events, designed to educate the public about the skill and processes that go into the production of crafts and art work and to showcase local talent. The public will be provided with a free tour map and are encouraged to visit as many artists’ studios as possible during the two-day event. The artist participation fee for the 2008 Artist Studio Tour is $55.
