Steve Brewer does it again

Steve Brewer, our writer friend and yours, gets a hearty round of applause, applause, applause - and what the heck, make that a standing ovation.
He completed his latest manuscript, mentioned this weekend over at Pink Hollyhock, where Kelly gets first read and first copy edit.
This makes Steve’s 17th book. Seventeenth!
I sit at his feet in awe.
Do not be fooled by this tall, self-deprecating man who jokes about how he’s all thumbs and he can’t do nuttin’ around the house.
He’s a disciplined, book-writing machine, something that dawned upon me somewhere in the middle of his novel-writing workshop in March. (If you missed it, stay tuned for information about future workshops, hopefully here in the north state. The guy is an inspiration.)
Congratulations, Steve. We wish you the greatest success with your latest book.

Steve…You most certainly do deserve the Doni mentioned standing ovation for your 17th novel. What a remarkable accomplishment. Keep up the good work.

For those of you who have not read Steve’s stuff, try CUTHROAT. I just finished it, and it is a page turner.

Even harder than writing seventeen novels is writing seventeen really good ones! Don’t know how you do it, Steve, but you keep your writing fresh and your books a genuine pleasure. Whereas a lot of writers who get more national press keep churning out the same old thing, you give us a new treat every time. Any day now I expect to see one of your well-deserved efforts on the bestseller lists.

Hooray! What’s the working title? When will it be released? I’m so jealous of anyone who can construct a whole story with continuity. And, of course, we expect MORE!

Don’t know when it’ll be released. (I have to get it past Kelly, my best friend Frank and my agent before it even gets to publishers…)
Working title is CALABAMA.
Thanks again for all the kind words.
